"Attention
to Detail" is a lesson taught in many settings, its realization is
somewhat more rare. While awaiting the original shipment of design
computers in September 1999, our newly hired art team labored over
"period" reference books, photographs and drawings. They began
to establish the main "style," the "look and feel"
of the Siege of Avalon setting. Then, with sketch tools in hand,
they began the true magic of a craftsman (craftsperson?), by
transforming blank paper into a vision of a fantasy realm that is
birthed rich with imagination and talent.
